Privacy Policy

Mouse Gestures does not collect, store, transmit, or monetize any user data. All processing occurs entirely inside your local browser.

What We Do NOT Collect

• No Personal Info: No names, email addresses, or identifiers.
• No Browsing History: No logging or inspection of URLs or page content.
• No Keystroke or Gesture Logging: Mouse coordinates are processed in real time and discarded immediately.
• No Analytics or Trackers: Zero third-party scripts, telemetry, or analytics.

Permissions Explained

• sessions: Used solely to reopen the last closed tab when triggered by gesture.
• storage: Used only to save your custom gesture bindings. If Chrome Sync is enabled, Chrome syncs these preferences across your devices.
• Content Scripts: Matches HTTP/HTTPS pages to listen for mouse strokes while the right button is held. It never reads web page data.
